Motorblade
The affable Fritz Blaw is the man behind the moniker, speedily hanging culture in the form of gig flyers, public service posters, and theatre handbills, magazines and all things paper along a legal route (over 100 locations) all across town. Quite the boon to bands, bards, and businesses. Save gas, save time and have your outdated flyers recycled by Motorblade so you don't have to!  www.motorblade.com

UT Hockey Club

The University of Texas Ice Hockey Club is an approved student organization to promote and develop a college team ice hockey sports program. The primary mission of the organization is to support the growth and development of a four year collegiate hockey program at the University of Texas as an active member of the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) and Inter-Collegiate Hockey League (ICHL). The ice hockey program emphasizes academic performance, community leadership and standards of play consistent with the player and eligibility criteria set out by the NCAA, ACHA and ICHL. The program stresses the personal development of individual athletes and seeks national recognition through competition with other major collegiate organizations participating within the ICHL and ACHA.

Although Texans have played hockey for a number of years, the sport really took off when Tom Hicks, UT Alumni, brought the North Stars to Dallas. Texans now enjoy playing and watching youth hockey, high school hockey, and professional hockey.  www.texasicehockey.com
